Janet was born and raised in Orange, Texas by the late Walter and Dorothy Hilliard, Jr. and this church. She’s been married for 29 years, on Valentines Day, and has three magnificent sons.

She’s worked at the Orange Sheriff’s office for several years and for the remainder 15 of her employed years, she was an office manager of a brokerage office with over 200 agents and then an executive secretary to the president of a large insurance company, all in Beaumont.

Presently, she cares for her very sweet 90 year old mother-in-law who lives with her family, helps care for her fantastic mother, keeps up with a very active diabetic son while keeping tabs on the other two, and does court-ordered adoption studies with her husband from their home.

Her interests are her family, her friends, animals, nature and their camp house at Toledo Bend!

Acting her age is not an option. Laughing, loving and seeing good in all makes a great day for her! (Along with a good cold Dr. Pepper!)
