The meeting specifically concerned planning for this year’s LAST BLAST.

Allisha has agreed to work on getting the youth signed up to work – we need as many as possible to help.

BINGO: There are some prizes but Ellen will need to check if more are needed. She will need 4-5 workers to help.

FOOD: Ken will purchase as much as possible of the food and paper goods before he leaves

Greg is working on getting a loner grill and we’ll keep working on a loner popcorn machine.

David Sandlin has offered a donation of the bottled water from Gopher. Angelia will work with him. If they don’t get their supply in, we purchase locally.

Danielle will get the syrup for snocones.

Tim Hughes has offered his pop-ups again and an appeal is being made to the membership for use of 12 more small ones.

Joy Hughes will do our signage.
